Alpha Watch: 8(a) joint venture with Advetco

Partnerships are as essential to growth as contract vehicles. Blackwatch has formed an 8(a) joint venture with Advetco, a woman-owned small business, to give federal customers a faster path to the combined talent of both firms.

The venture—Alpha Watch—helps agencies meet socio-economic goals while gaining access to Blackwatch’s engineering, cyber, and enterprise IT bench. Under FAR 19.808-1(a), Alpha Watch may receive government sole-source direct awards up to $4 million.
