Effective January 1, 2026. This policy describes how Blackwatch International (“Blackwatch,” “we”) handles information collected through blackwatchinternational.com.

Information we collect

The site is a public marketing site. If you submit the contact form, the message is used only to reach Blackwatch by phone. Form fields are sent over HTTPS as a POST body and are not written into the page address, server logs, or a database on this website. We also receive standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) as part of hosting.

How we use it

Inquiry data is used only to respond to you about capabilities, contracting, careers, or other topics you select. We do not sell personal information. Employment applications are processed on ADP’s careers portal, which has its own privacy notice.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who host this site and, for job applications, with ADP. YouTube may receive a request if you play the DMEA P3 video. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the security of our systems and personnel.
