Blackwatch holds a Blanket Purchase Agreement on the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Information Technology Supplies and Support Services 2nd Generation (ITSSS-2) vehicle, contract 15F06724A0000386. ITSSS-2 is an eight-year, $8 billion BPA—the largest FBI information-technology contract vehicle established to date—covering 20 June 2024 through 20 June 2032.
The vehicle gives the Bureau a streamlined acquisition path and a vetted pool of partners for rapid contracting in support of investigative, intelligence, and law-enforcement programs. Blackwatch applies enterprise IT, cybersecurity, engineering, and audio/video technical services to FBI mission needs.
